how much is it to hire you & what packages do you offer?
All of our quotes are tailor made to your own circumstances. this way we can cater for all shapes & sizes! we will work with you to make sure we nail all of your requirements
can my guests pay for themselves?
absolutely. we will obviously have to charge our 'hire fee' (which includes our petrol, staff costs, gas etc.). for this option we also ask for a large deposit to cover our food costs in case no one turns up! this deposit is 100% refundable when your guests reach certain thresholds. 
for example, if you have 100 guests we will charge you £700 deposit + hire fee for us to attend your event. we will charge your guests accordingly & once they hit £700, we will refund you your deposit.
how long do you serve for?
it all depends on the amount we are catering for. we tend to use 60 people an hour as our guide! we will need an hour either side for setting up/clearing down!
Do you do weddings?
Absolutely, our brand new trailer with LED lights looks the part at any wedding venue. 
Can I hire you for our office get together?
Of course! we think we're the perfect lunch time treat!
Can we have a bespoke menu with our favourite flavours?
YUp! this is best part of what we do, we are entirely flexible!
Can we upgrade from plain fries to loaded fries?
why wouldn't you? ;) we will talk you through these options when you get in touch
What do you need power-wise to attend our event?
ideally we need a 32amp commando connection. if not, we can usually run off 2 230v plugs. we have long extension leads too!
if we're going off grid, we can use our generator but it is rather noisy!
I don't want my guests queing up to order, what do you recommend?
if there are a large number of guests, we recommend a smaller menu selection & our toasties to be served on a 'rotational' basis. we can have 'quarters' of each flavour ready at all times so guests can come, grab & go. this keeps the queues moving, the toasties hot, your guests will be able to mix & match more flavours & leaves them more time to enjoy the party!
do you cater for dietary requirements?
as industry professionals, we take this very seriously. we have a 5 star food hygiene rating & have maintained that throughout our careers! please talk to us regarding allergies & intolerances. 
due to the nature of us being a bread factory, we regretfully cannot cater for anyone with serious gluten allergies. we always carry a loaf of gluten free bread for those following a diet, however gluten free toasties are cooked on the same equipment as the others. 
do you do anything other than toasties?
we have a great selection of salads & brownies that we can also offer in a 'buffet style'.
we have a fizzy drink package to match with tropical flavours like rubicon or that scottish classic - irn bru. these are great partners to our toasties if you're looking to go the extra mile!
what are your payment terms?
if your event is less than a week away, we require full payment. if not, we ask for a 50% deposit to secure your date!
what's your favourite toastie?
brendan claims the new yorker is the best toastie he's ever had in his life!
bec's favourite is the milano. it's full of flavour & isn't as messy as some of the others!
